Q: Are your soaps natural?

A: Yes, we use natural ingredients in our soap. The two exceptions are the fragrance oils used for scent and the skin-safe mica used for color.

Q: How fast do you ship?

A: We ship within 1-3 business days. 

Q: How fast will I get my order once it ships?

A: We use USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground which has a 2-5 business day delivery window. 

Q: Do you offer free shipping on certain orders?

A: Yes, we offer free shipping on orders of $60+ 

Q: What is your return policy?

A: For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on soap once it has been handled by others. If you have any issues, please reach out to us within 10 days of receiving your product and describe the issue. We will be sure to work out a solution!

Q: Do you offer lotions and deodorants?

A: We are currently working on those and plan on offering them soon. Stay tuned.

Q: Where is your company located and where are your soaps made?

A: We are located in Virginia, USA. We make all our soaps in house in small batches. We never resell other producers' soap and never outsource our production to others.
